| About Me Life, |
On the personal side I'm a single Dadman living it up with my two sons in Southern California. I love the water and try to play on it every chance I get. Sailing is a passion of mine and for the last 8 years I have been a Special Olympic Sailing Coach (just changed organizations to Sports For Exceptional Athletes but same people are in the program). My sons participate as "Junior Coaches" and it has been awesome doing the program as a family. When I want to get fully wet I grab my nearly 12 foot long surfboard, walk down the stairs, and throw myself in the ocean. I'm not very good at it but I love trying. In fact the license plate on my Suburban reads "ONE WAVE" because that is all I ever seem to be able to catch <grin> Other than these few activities I'm pretty much a workaholic but in my defense I have almost always chosen to "work" at things I would just as likely chosen to do for fun. I spent a few decades in construction and I really enjoyed working with homeowners in coming up with designs and then executing them perfectly. It was very satisfying. I have been very blessed in being able to create things with my hands and I haven't met a tool I haven't been able to use like a pro the very first time I plugged it in and turned it on. Oh, and did I ever like tools. I would take on projects I had never done before just to justify buying the associated tools required to do the job perfectly. I would call it an addiction. Although I could handle any task from the foundation to the flashing my main loves were faux finishes and high end woodworking. For many years I worked with my brother and that was great. He is one of the few other people I know who has the perfection issues as deeply as I do. We really got a kick out of finishing a job and knowing every little detail was perfect. We both have control issues and have jointly figured out that we can't control our kids, the women in our lives, the size of the waves, or the traffic here in San Diego. However, if you are 40 board feet of African Lace Mahogany or a few gallons of Benjamin Moore paint you were going to do EXACTLY what we wanted you to do and nothing else. While I loved the creativity of construction it often left me isolated as I worked through a project that could sometimes take months. So for over 30 years now I have also been very involved in sales. Although I have done all aspects of sales from running boiler rooms and door to door crews to business to business outside and inside sales my all time favorite has been the 17 years I have spent in MLM or Network Marketing. I love the relationship building. I love helping people improve their financial situation and I love powerful and life changing products that have a story to tell. I know their are thousands of crapy MLM companies out there who just take advantage of people but when you find the right combination of product/people/profit/ðics it is a magical industry. At 50 years old I have had to give up contracting and woodworking because of injuries to my wrist and shoulder. This had left a big hole in my life so I decided to become a franchise owner of the premiere incentive and fundraising company in the country (still have that perfection issue going on). I really love what I do now. I meet new people who own or run businesses and I help them make more money. If I do my job well, I get paid. It isn't like selling standard advertizing where you have to talk someone into spending money on casting chum into the ocean in the hope that some fish will come along, I only collect money after I have helped a fellow business person land a fish. To me it is very much like what I enjoy about MLM where I don't make any real money until after I have helped someone else get paid (I love matching bonuses). |

I have been in direct sales for 17 years and this is the best opportunity I have ever seen. Awesome real world pricing, and it is a product that has the highest brand loyalty that I have ever seen. If you are looking for an easy opportunity with a tremendous up side THIS IS IT. The downside, they are just launching and are having wicked growing pains. If you are thick skinned enough to survive the launch you can get wealthy with this one. |
